What to confirm before selecting a system

Material grade, thickness, joint geometry, weld access and part variation.
Torch and tooling loads, working envelope, fixtures and loading arrangements; arm reach alone does not establish workpiece coverage.
Process, power source, interfaces, consumables and any tracking options for the exact configuration.
Representative part trials, acceptance criteria and complete cycle time including handling, inspection and changeover.
System risk assessment, process guarding, extraction and operator training. A collaborative arm does not make the welding installation inherently safe.
Delivery destination, transport, taxes, installation, training, spare parts and support responsibilities in the written quotation.
