Key Features

High Repeatability for Small Brackets

CTC007-HJ1077 delivers ±0.02 mm repeatability on small brackets and stamped panel assemblies, maintaining stable cycle times across shifts.

Fast Changeover Between Jobs

Hand-guide teaching lets welders teach new parts in minutes, reducing changeover time when batch sizes change frequently.

IP65 Joints for Harsh Environments

Sealed joints resist weld spatter, coolant mist and oily dust common in exhaust and chassis production areas.

Multi-Process on One Arm

CTC-HJ arms support GMAW, GTAW and spot welding processes, covering a wide range of automotive joining needs.

Frequently Asked Questions

The CTC007-HJ1077 is ideal for small brackets, battery trays and exhaust components. For larger chassis frames and seat structures, the CTC006-HJ1460 or CTC015-HJ1464 provides more reach and payload.

Yes. All CTC-HJ arms have IP65-rated joints that protect against weld spatter, coolant mist and oily dust found in automotive production areas.

CBOXTEC CTC-HJ arms support GMAW/MAG, GTAW/TIG and spot welding. The right torch and power source are selected based on the joint geometry and production volume.

Most simple brackets can be reprogrammed in 5–15 minutes using hand-guide teaching. Complex fixtures may take 30–60 minutes depending on the number of welds.
